Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently offer standard shipping. 

Domestic Shipping:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States with some restrictions. 

  • IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER (PLEASE READ): Since hemp laws can vary widely between states, a product legal in one state may not necessarily be legal in another. Therefore, consumers ordering hemp products from out-of-state should verify whether the product complies with local laws and regulations in their own state. This includes understanding any restrictions on possession, sale, or use of hemp-derived products that may be in place in any state they intend to receive the product.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Issues:

  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 2wistedcbd@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We will do our best to resolve any issues. We value you as our customer!

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we attempt to comply with all state regulations. However, as they are constantly changing, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to know their local laws concerning hemp-derived products. Failure to comply with laws in your area could result in legal implications for the purchaser.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us at 2wistedcbd@gmail.com  if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process:

  • To start a return, you can contact us at 2wistedcbd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
